- Form Five standard or above
- Minimum one year's customer service experience, preferably with exposure to hotline services
- Strong service and sales orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work shift hours and on Sundays / public holidays
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Index & Data Management Officer
The incumbent will support daily index services which include index data management, compilation and dissemination. He / She will perform analysis on company classification, ownership structure and maintenance of in-house database. He / She will also assist in the departmental LAN administration.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of one year's experience, preferably with exposure to data or information management
- Strong self-motivation, with an ability to work under pressure and independently
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and MS Access
- Knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC stock markets an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
